IsSafeSite is a website security scanner for the rest of us: paste a URL, get a scored audit — headers, TLS, exposed surfaces — with an AI-written report that says what to fix in sentences rather than CVE identifiers. It occupies the sensible middle between “wonder idly” and “commission a pentest”.
What it costs
Free scan to start, paid tiers for depth and monitoring — standard freemium security shape.
What we can’t tell you
What a passive scan can’t see, which is most of what matters: logic flaws, auth weaknesses, anything behind a login. Treat its score as hygiene (valuable — most breaches are hygiene) and never as clearance. And a note from our own experience running sites: expect findings you already knew and one you didn’t; the one is the product.
The details
| What it is | URL-in, scored security audit out, with plain-English fixes |
| Price | Free scan; paid depth |
| Best for | Regular hygiene checks between real security reviews |
| Think twice if | You read the score as a pentest — passive scans see surfaces only |
