Playable Notes solves a problem only piano teachers know they have: the student wants to play a piece that’s three grades beyond them, and the teacher spends Sunday arranging a simplified version by hand. Here you photograph the score, say the level, and get a playable arrangement — the pedagogical judgement of “what to keep” done by software.
What it costs
Around $10/mo — priced like sheet music, not like SaaS, which suits the buyer exactly.
What we can’t tell you
Musicality of the simplification. Good arranging keeps the piece’s identity (the hook, the bass movement) while shedding difficulty; bad arranging keeps the right hand and amputates the soul. Teachers will know in one read-through — test it on a piece you’ve already simplified yourself and compare its choices to yours. If it keeps what you’d keep, it earns the tenner.
